Do I need technical skills?
No. You send us your business details, photos and product information. We handle the setup and share a preview for your approval.
Can customers pay on the website?
No. Shoppers send their selection to you on WhatsApp. You confirm availability, delivery and payment directly with them. Opening WhatsApp is not a confirmed or paid order.
Can I use my own logo?
Absolutely. We use your logo and brand colours. If you do not have a logo, we can use a clean text treatment of your business name.
Can I change my products later?
Yes, by sending your changes to Sellova. There is no vendor editing dashboard in this release. Ongoing updates and additional work are quoted and agreed separately.
How long does setup take?
We agree a delivery timeline after checking your product count, branding and whether your information is complete. Your store is published after you approve the preview and we verify the agreed payment.
Do I need to buy a domain?
No. You can start with a link on the hosting provider’s free subdomain. A custom domain is optional and is not included in the setup fee. Free hosting has usage limits and can change.
Is this a monthly subscription?
These packages are one-time setup services. Future updates, custom domains and additional work are agreed separately. Unlimited or lifetime free hosting is not promised.
How do customers place orders?
They open your link, browse, choose options and add products to their bag. A prepared WhatsApp message lists their selection and subtotal. They send it to you themselves to arrange the order.
